چکیده

In order to investigate the effects of temperature on growth performance, biochemical indexes and genes expression in juvenile hybrid sturgeon (Acipenser baerii♀ × Acipenser schrenckii♂), five treatment groups (18 °C, 21 24 27 30 °C) were set this study. After 25 days domestication, specific rate (SGR) relative weight gain increased at first then decreased with increase range 18–30 °C reached highest value °C. A quadratic equation was used fit regression SGR (T). The result showed that maximum is 23.45 Moreover, level hormone (gh) content blood glucose (GLU) significantly while receptor (ghr) liver significantly. When exceeded thyroid levels affected, total antioxidants (T-AOC) reduced glutathione (GSH) higher than those control group. addition, temperature, hsp70 hsp90 significantly, luteinizing (lh) brain To summarize, effect development mainly occurs through metabolism, level, antioxidant capacity growth-related genes. Therefore, a between can obtain survival rate.

Comparison of growth and hematological parameters in juvenile Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii), sterlet sturgeon (Acipenser ruthenus) and its hybrid (Acipenser ruthenus ♀ × Acipenser baerii ♂)

The present study was conducted to compare the growth indices and blood factors of sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus), Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) and their hybrid (Acipenser ruthenus ♀ × Acipenser baerii ♂) to produce a fish with larger size, larger eggs and more tolerant to environmental conditions than the parents. The hybrid was produced by mixing of the oocytes of one sterlet female wit...

Effects of stocking density on mortality, growth and physiology of juvenile Amur sturgeon (Acipenser schrenckii)

To evaluate effects of stocking density on welfare of Amur sturgeon (Acipenser schrenckii), an experiment was designed using three initial stocking densities in flow-through tanks (LSD = 3.7 kg m , MSD = 6.9 kg m , and HSD = 9.3 kg m , respectively) for 60 days. Growth, body composition, and haematological and biochemical parameters were monitored. The mortality and feed conversion rate (FCR) w...

Expression of growth hormone gene during early development of Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii)

The mRNA expression of growth hormone (GH) gene in early development stages of Siberian sturgeon was investigated using RT-PCR method. Samples were collected from unfertilized eggs up to 50 days post hatched (dph) larvae in 11 different times. Ribosomal protein L6 (RPL6) transcripts were used as the internal standard during quantification of GH mRNA expression. The results showed that the GH mR...

Growth and Appetite of Juvenile Lake sturgeon Acipenser fulvescens

–Growth rates of juvenile lake sturgeon (initial weight 8 to 9 g, temperature 17.5° C), fed twice a day on brown worms for 56 days increased from -1.5% BW/d (% body wet weight/day) at zero ration to 2.6% BW/d at a ration of 13.2% BW/d. Maintenance ration was 1.6% BW/d. Fish fed larger rations had higher energy densities and lower water content. Appetite (average volitional daily food consumptio...

The effect of dietary dextrin levels on growth performance, body composition and hepatosomatic index in juvenile Siberian sturgeon, Acipenser baerii

The present study was carried out to determine the ability of Acipenser baerii in utilizing carbohydrate (dextrin) as a non protein energy source substituted with animal oil. A total of 65 juveniles A. baerii with an initial mean weight of 689 ± 62 g were distributed in 15 fiber glass tanks. Five diets were formulated including 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20% of dextrin and fed  for 8 weeks. Fish were wei...
